By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below, as well as our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read them carefully before using our services.
For clarity: throughout this site and our communications, the terms “Best”, “Best.”, “Best Vintage”, and “Best Vintage Wholesale” all refer to Best Vintage Wholesale.
1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Agreement
Best Vintage Wholesale is a vintage clothing wholesale supplier, and all transactions made through this website are considered business-to-business (B2B). By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for resale or commercial use and not as a consumer.
As a result:
- All orders are subject to B2B contract law, not consumer law.
- You acknowledge that UK and EU consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, do not apply.
- By completing a purchase, you agree to our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and these Terms of Service.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse this website or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access and/or cancel orders where abuse is suspected.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- All payments must be made in full before dispatch.
- In some cases, credit terms may be offered to selected customers on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any agreed credit terms at any time.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or failure to pay duties.
6. Returns, Refunds & Grading
All stock sold by Best Vintage Wholesale is pre-worn and vintage, and may show signs of wear, fading, minor damage, or other age-related flaws. This is inherent to the nature of used clothing.
We grade all items carefully before packing, using industry-recognised categories such as Grade A, AB, B, BC, and C. While higher-grade items typically reflect better condition and higher value, all stock is pre-graded and sold as-is.
We do our best to maintain consistency in grading, but due to the volume of stock and human involvement in sorting, minor grading discrepancies can occasionally occur.
Returns are only accepted under the terms set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and other materials) is the intellectual property of Best Vintage Wholesale or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written consent.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes (but is not limited to): natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, or technical failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, arising from the use of our services or products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
