Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
In rare cases or during exceptionally busy periods, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched.

Order Cut-Off Times

We may collect personal information from the following sources:

• Orders placed before 11:59 PM (UK time) from Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, provided the order is placed before 11:59 PM on Sunday.

Free Shipping Thresholds

• UK Orders: Spend £300 GBP or more to qualify for free domestic shipping.
• EU Orders: Customers based in the following countries will receive free shipping on orders over £1000 GBP:

Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Czechia, Poland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Jersey, Norway

International Duties & Taxes

If you're ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply once your order arrives in your country.
