For overseas orders, import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
UK: Free domestic shipping on orders of £300+.
EU: Free shipping for qualifying customers in certain countries when spending £1,000+. Add items to cart and checkout to see if you qualify.
Yes — all items are 100% genuine and hand-graded in the UK. We do not deal in replicas or fakes.
Condition depends on the grade you select (e.g., Grade A, A/B, etc.). Your order is shipped in the grade chosen — we don’t mix grades within the same order.
While we aim for consistent grading, please allow a 5–15% margin for natural variation. For the best experience, check the product description for specific grading details.
Grade A: Top-quality vintage pieces in great condition — clean, wearable, and ready to sell. You may see the occasional light mark or small bobble, but nothing major.
Grade B: Solid vintage stock with more character. Expect visible wear such as fading, minor stains, or small repairs needed — still ideal for resale.
Grade C: Project pieces. These show heavy wear such as holes, tears, or larger stains — great for rework, upcycling, or creative resale.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us with your order number and details. Once approved, items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.
Refunds (or exchanges) are issued in line with our policy. Standard delivery charges aren’t refundable unless the order was cancelled by us or the item is faulty.
